Lashanna Alfred is the owner and founder of UChange Counseling & Consulting. Known as the 6-Figure Social Worker, LaShanna regularly facilitates CEU workshops in areas such as cultural diversity & sensitivity, supervision and ethics, workplace bullying, harassment and much more. Additionally, as a consultant, she is available for your personal and professional development needs.
LaShanna received her bachelor and master’s degree from the University of Toledo. Ms. Alfred is a licensed clinical social worker who provides master level supervision for other social workers in the State of Ohio seeking independent licensure.
She has united with others who share her passion
to inspire others to overcome the trauma that has paralyzed them by empowering them; bringing them to a place of healing where they can evolve into the best version of themselves. According to LaShanna U Can Change.
Kimberly Pullom, LSW
Kimberly is a Licensed Clinician with over 25 years of experience in the helping professions. She is equipped in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, RET, and Trauma Informed Care practices. While providing Individualized as well as Couples Counseling, Kimberly possesses a specialty in addressing the Mental Health needs of those affected by Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic medical conditions.
